Most AIBooka deployments go live within 3 to 5 days from when setup begins, covering agent configuration around your specific business information, voice and personality setup, and test calls before launch. The timeline holds for most single-location restaurants, dental practices, and temples, more complex integrations can add a bit more time.
Day 1 to 2: Configuration around your business
We gather your business's actual information, hours, services or menu, booking rules, common questions, and use it to configure your agent's knowledge base, rather than starting from a generic template.
This is also when your agent's name, voice, and personality get set, so it reflects how you want your business to sound on the phone, not a one-size-fits-all voice.
Day 2 to 3: Building and connecting integrations
If your plan includes calendar, POS, or CRM integration, this is when those connections get built and tested, so bookings and enquiries actually flow into the systems you already use.
For plans without integrations, this step is simpler, the focus is purely on the agent's conversational configuration rather than connecting external systems.
Day 3 to 5: Testing with real call scenarios
Before going live, we run test calls covering typical scenarios, a booking, a common question, an edge case, to confirm the agent responds accurately and hands off appropriately when needed.
This is also your chance to hear the agent yourself and request adjustments before it ever answers a real customer call.
Going live: forwarding your number
Once testing is complete, you forward your existing business number to AIBooka, and the agent starts answering live calls immediately, with no new number for customers to learn.
From here, most businesses see the agent handling the majority of routine calls from day one, with the fine-tuning (adjusting responses, refining edge cases) happening naturally over the following weeks based on real call patterns.
